Now all I have to say is loungewear although it became a huge trend during the start of the pandemic for obvious reasons, I personally feel like this will be something that is in for a while. I wanted to just briefly talk about this just because they are one, so freaking adorable I mean come on, and two, this has become weirdly a comfort obsession of mine. Now what I mean by that is I put a lot of my emotions and attachments into my clothes or tangible items just because I like being able to control having it and never losing it, I know I sound nuts. But in a weird way, I think it helps me cope better with loss and why the fashion industry has become such a big thing and aspiration to be a part of because in many ways it helps me cope. Now it does break my bank account a little bit... but it is worth it, I think. I have been scouring Pinterest these past couple of days though and figured I would show one lounge set that is my own on me and just some others I love off of Pinterest.
I will be posting in my look book where the first one is from and trying to find some other lounge outfits to post in there. The last note I wanted to mention on loungewear though was I think personally this is one way for designing entrepreneurs and even trainers with their own platforms are now branching into the fashion industry. Sami Clarke who is my favorite wellness YouTuber has this workout platform called Form which now she is working on lounge sets for it to incorporate into her brand. I just think it is pretty smart and a trend I don't see going away too soon, especially not for myself. The loungewear community will forever have my money and I have no shame in that!
