I get a lot of my fashion inspiration from Pinterest and YouTube, but many platforms are now giving these YouTubers and bloggers other outlets ways to show their take on fashion. Many of fashion influencers have moved to TikTok as well as an outlet for fashion and I love how they decide to use this platform. It is so creative and such a unique way many fashion forward people/ consumers and even just regular people who interpret their idea of fashion or make it more light hearted come to TikTok. Not only TikTok but I find that Instagram has so many creative designers and posts that are done which really does connect with consumers. I find that fashion can be something many think has to be so serious, but we are in a time period where the most creativity people are becoming the biggest influences on the industry.
This is one of the videos that had gone viral during the trend of people "making fun" of how fashion students get dressed to go to school. These videos always make me laugh because going to a fashion school and being able to actually know how people dress is funny to me since people do dress unique, but there's a lot more people dressed normally versus so creative. This one in particular just made me keep watching because of how exaggerated she dressed and the layers after layers.
Seeing the production of a product is always something that intrigues me and Dior is also a designer brand I love. The video gave me a sense of peace and was calming in some ways, and also really made me want to buy those earrings, a girl can dream.
After seeing this hack of a way to wear and use your scarf into a Balaclava it truly amazed me, maybe a little too much. This was a hack I saw that I really did think was such a useful idea especially living here in the city when the wind is coming at you at 100 mph. This influencer in particular is someone who I really enjoy watching due to her outfits and I think hacks like this are so easy and quick for viewers to be satisfied with the content and learn.
